Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions – Effective from September 2023

1) This promotion is exclusively open to Little Bears parents (“Referring Parents”) of Little Bears Day-Care Limited (“Little Bears”) who recommend Little Bears to their friends or family (the “Friend”).

2) Subject to these terms and conditions, if the Friend enrols their child at a Little Bears nursery the Friend will receive 5 free sessions and a £0 registration fee. Referring Parent will also receive 5 free sessions.

3) The following Little Bears nursery branches will be participating in this offer: Little Bears Whiteley Village, Little Bears Walton-On-Thames, and Little Bears Thames Ditton.

4) The Referring Parent must have a child attending a Little Bears nursery or have had a child attending in the past 2 years.

4) The Friend should provide the details of the Referring Parent prior to, or at the time of, enrolment.

5) Prior to the Friend receiving their 5 free sessions, they must have been enrolled into a Little Bears nursery for 6 weeks. The Referring Parent will also receive their 5 free sessions, after the Friend has been enrolled at Little Bears for a minimum of 6 weeks.

5) The free sessions for the Friend and Referring Parent are valid for 6 months after the Friend’s initial 6-week enrolment period is up.

6) For Referring Parents, free sessions offered will be in line with current bookings. For example, if your child attends morning sessions only, you will not be offered a free full day session.

6) The offer only applies to new families and does not apply to returning to returning siblings.

7) Each Friend may only be referred by one Referring Parent. The referral reward is available for each family referred and not per child.

8) Referring Parents may refer as many Friends as they like and will be entitled to 5 free sessions for each Friend who enrols their child in accordance with these terms and conditions.

9) If the Friend does not proceed with their 6-week enrolment the Referring Parent will not receive the 5 free sessions.

10) Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and of Little Bears’ privacy policy, a copy of which can be found on the website. Participants consent to their personal details being used for the purpose of administering this promotion.

11) This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
